Great Move

I was happy to pick the best and (lowest) priced movers. I loved the immediate attention from the sales team, but was disappointed as several sales people calling me constantly with different quotes and obviously competing for my confirmation. I was also upset on moving day to find out that the sales person I spoke to quoted me a 10a.m.-3p.m. time window to move, but found out at 10:30a.m. (when I called them) that this was a "window" of time to arrive. After movers arrived at 1p.m., I was happy with their efficiency and care when handling my belongings. The movers themselves were great --very quick, careful and polite. I give the sales team an "F" on their job, but the actual movers get an "A+" --great job!

In this business we cannot give an exact arrival only an estimated time of arrival and we gave you an estimated time of arrival of 10-3 and they showed at 1pm well within the window When you went on line it submitted your move request to 5 different lead source and we are on those sources so multiple leads came to use so that is why the bombardment of calls The sales floor did their job.

Worse move I ever had. Will never use this company again. They left items in the driveway and also left the owners who were suppose to follow them. Driver and employees had a bad attitude.
