Bad choice

At first I felt I had made a good choice. But turns out I didn't. They broke the end off my office desk and broke a piece of the socket off a lamp. The lead man told me to file a claim on the desk. I have repeatedly tried but the company so far has been unresponsive. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I hope this helps.
