Well as can be expected
The estimator did not give me specifics on what the movers could or could not do although I was very specific with her about what I wanted them to do. Therefore, there were several occasions when the movers informed me that if there would be an additional charge for things. Additionally, they did damage (minimal digs on coffee tables, bookshelves) some of my furniture and lost screws to important pieces of furniture.
