While the actual people who showed up to wrap all my belongings and unwrap them upon delivery were nice, I was very unhappy with the amount of fees added to my move. They added fees for gas, packing supplies, and additional space needed for the my belongings in the truck.
If they are asking me for the amount of stuff I have, but not asking for exact measurements, then they shouldn't charge if my belongings are larger than they estimated them to be. How big are they supposed to think a book shelf is without asking for measurements?
