The move itself was good. However, there were problems with the price and damages. Broken bedroom mirror.Broken legs on knight table. .. refused to unload the truck unless paid in advance.

Regarding any damage that may have occured due to human error, please contact the claims department for reimbursement. The payment in advance of unloading a truck is standard procedure and included on the written emails sent to the client prior to the move date, as well as on the contract itself.
