The movers were not personible. The supervisor did not speak adequate english to communicate with us. They were slow and took six hr vvs. the advertised four. I would not recommend this company.

We would like to thank Mr. Ortenzio for his review. The crew's work in the best manner per client to be sure to have a successful move. We note that we do not "advertise" four-hour moves. In fact, this local move is an hourly rated service and there is a three-hour minimum, plus a one-hour travel time charge. Anything after the minimum charge is prorated to the nearest quarter hour. We also send our clients all of the information in writing prior to the move to ensure they are fully aware of how the time and material contract is charged and what to expect during the move. In this customer's move, we had to use elevators in a high rise building, which add to the time needed to complete a move (versus moving from a regular house). The moving team can only be as "fast" as the access they have to any particular building. Additionally, all items are protected prior to transport so that there are no damages in the move. In 17 years of business, we pride ourselves on providing professional moving services at a reasonable cost and with no damages.
