It was nearly impossible to get a human on the phone after they picked up my furniture - I could only reach someone if I acted like I was interested in getting an estimate. My phone calls were not returned, I was frequently disconnected when put on hold to reach someone, and at one point was told by an employee when asking about the consequences of a breach of contract "what are you going to do, sue me? Go for it."
Needless to say it required a threat of lawsuit and the guarantee of filing complaints with every Better Business Bureau they are registered with to finalize a delivery date for my furniture (and then they were 5 hours late).
