No more moving companies for me.
Two hours into the move they wanted to charge for four hours or they threatened to leave with my furniture on the truck. I was forced to pay for the whole four hours and was treated very nastily.

Thank you for your reply. We note that you had a three-hour minimum, with a one-hour travel time fee. We also note that the four hours you were asked to pay prior to unloading is standard procedure for moving companies. This information was also included in writing in the multiple emails sent to you prior to your move date. We apologize if you felt any person was not nice to you when trying to reiterate the company policies regarding when payment is obtained.
