I could've done a better job
The
moving company states on their website that stairs are not extra... what they don't tell you is the movers will complain non-stop about the stairs. They complained about the weight of the boxes.... They were rude and short with us. Since we had to pay by cashiers check the tip was right there for them to see but that didn't stop them from the dings on my daughters custom bedroom furniture, the walls and doors. My husband warned me when they were on the way that they complain (he was at the apartment while I was at the house) but man, how unprofessional!! If you are going to complain about moving, don't work for a moving company! We also never received an email asking us how our experience was or anything.
