Rude Movers
The
movers showed up way ahead of the scheduled time. This meant I had to rush to disassemble my electronics in order to load them into the truck. The movers gave me attitude over my sofa being a "sleeper" instead of a three cushion "sofa." My table and TV are scratched. Furthermore, the move was quoted at two hours, but the movers started complaining that they had somewhere else to go after being there for only 40 minutes. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the service provided and would not recommend these movers again.

We provided estimated arrival windows that can be before between or after the window given depending on the moves scheduled for that day. We ask that everything is ready to go. A three-cushion sofa is not a sleeper sofa and that will be more of a cost. If you have a claim, then send it to us so we can correct it.
