movers did not put all the items I told them I had on the final estimate and then at the time of the move charged me extra with out acurate information and good reasoning. Prior to the move, I spoke to at least four different people who gave me four different listed items. I also had a hard time getting my quote emailed to me. This company was horrible to work with but the movers were great and professional.

The move tickets are estimated proposals not guaranted contracts. You have to give us every individual piece of inventory. This is why we send an e-mail to you to check over so we are dealing with problems like this on the day of the move. If you do not recieve an e-mail you need to let us know and we can mail it to you or fax it to you to check over. We do our best but if you do not inform us via phone that you did not receive your e-mail until the day they show up there is very little we can do for you but allow the mover to correct it and chanrge the approporiate price sorry for your inconvenience
