My Move
The
movers were great and they moved fast. I can't blame the movers for not being on time because they were actually working when they didn't have to be. The moving company claimed they called me two days before the move to confirm and I didn't respond so they cancelled my order. My whole thing was if you called me why didn't you leave a message? Also, since 99 percent of our correspondences had been through e-mail, why didn't you e-mail since you didn't "hear back" from me? That would have made sense. Other than that my move was great overall, and the lady I spoke with went out of her way to find me some movers that would be willing to do it the same day so I wouldn't have to wait until the next day.

We go above and beyond to help our customers. Yes we have to verbally confirm the move through our confirmation manager not via e-mail this way we can check for any mistakes before the move runs on the day of. If we cannot reach a customer we may look at iit as no good move so we have to remove it until the customer calls back and then we can add it back on as a sameday move and run the move
