Moving experience

The relocation went well but what I was quoted in the cost was disappointing. I received calls from the company all week about what time I would be ready to move, and I consulted with one of their agents the day before the move who told me that from the list I gave them they could have me moved in three hours at a cost of $250 and any overtime I would not be charged, but after the move the time went over two extra hours and I had to pay an additional $196 which I dreaded but I went ahead and paid it. I wish that individuals with the company would put in writing what their going to charge prior to taking the work where the customer can make a decision whether to select them or someone else. The extra I had to pay wasn't in my budget.
