Great Move
I was happy to pick the best and (lowest) priced movers. I loved the immediate attention from the sales team, but was disappointed as several sales people calling me constantly with different quotes and obviously competing for my confirmation. I was also upset on
moving day to find out that the sales person I spoke to quoted me a 10a.m.-3p.m. time window to move, but found out at 10:30a.m. (when I called them) that this was a "window" of time to arrive. After movers arrived at 1p.m., I was happy with their efficiency and care when handling my belongings. The movers themselves were great --very quick, careful and polite. I give the sales team an "F" on their job, but the actual movers get an "A+" --great job!
