They picked up my belongings on a Wednesday and never actually left Phoenix with them until the following Thursday. They had promised me an expedited delivery of 1-5 business days which would have been Friday.
I ended up having to buy a bed, lamp, and etc because they were 3 days late with my belongings. I paid $400 for the expedited delivery by Friday and they were only going to credit me $35 for one day late.
We did get the price dropped but the warehouse person wasn't remorseful at all.
