Professional move - no bad aftertaste
My move was not very demanding, only a couple of beds and chest of drawers.
What I liked: - Movers were courteous and professional, Matt on the phone was professional and friendly - Move was fast, and movers took care while moving items - All rates and charges were explained upfront clearly (but make sure you ask questions as well)
What I didn't like: - Movers were late by 2 hrs - Movers didn't lay carpets in the new home (but that's alright if it means less time) - Movers didn't seem to have GPS (they followed me to the locations) - The person I spoke with on the phone told me I could pay the tip using my credit card, in the end I couldn't and had to pay cash
Conclusion: It was a fairly smooth move and I would consider moving with them again.
