I feel sorry that Mr. Tonkin feels that way. Our movers were not two hours late. In fact, they fit the paramaters in which was explained to Mr. Tonkin. Mr. Tonkin had a miscommunication with his own building in properly reserving an elevator. Our movers did an exceptional job in completing this move. All parties were satisfied at the end of the move.
