Just an Average Mover

I felt they did just an ok job. I was disappointed that they did not get my TV Armoire up a flight of stairs. They claimed it would not make the turns etc. Hacked up the walls. I did not file a claim since my maintenance dept agreed to fix the damage for me at no cost. I felt they lacked experience as I had witnessed with another tenant using this company. I felt they milked the job for the day and stretched out the 5 hour move time to get what they quoted. 3 men for the job, one was walking around in circles. One wasn't strong enough to really lift heavy furniture, he was hired summer help. Another tenant was moving in and I approached the movers and they came to my unit and was able to within 6 minutes take the Armoire up the stair case like pro's. This mover will get my business and many others within the community for moving. My mover is good for light furniture moves.
