Not Exactly What I Expected

I lost a couple glasses so I didn't bother making a claim. Initially when I was contacted by their sales person I was told it wouldn't be a problem to have my items shipped and delivered to Austin on Sunday the 1st of August. When I called them on the 29th of July, I was told that my items will be loaded the following week and will then head to Texas. I feel as though I was mislead just so they could gain business. I was informed of the 21 day window when the movers arrived but I still feel that the initial conversation was misleading. This is the first time I've ever hired movers so I am not sure if this is the norm.

Communication and policies are questionable at best. Up to the point where I paid the deposit, people were more than happy to help me and assure me that delivery would be on a date that I requested...
