Good Move
I felt that their packing of my belongings was very excessive - using a lot of tape and shrink wrap even though I supplied ample amounts of both - it cost me an extra $100 in their supplies used when the sales/estimator told me it would be a roll of tape or two. That must be the way they upsell you because it was very excessively wrapped. Other than that, they were good. The furniture was stored in a warehouse in extreme heat for a month and when it was unwrapped, it smelled like cardboard and shrink wrap, so the furniture did need cleaning, but then again it was stored and temps were over 100 degrees every day.
