Consider Breakables

The movers moved by entire apartment supper fast! They were very nice and professional. Once I started to unpack, I saw that all of my dishes and a vase was broken. I sent in a claim to the company and after not receiving a reply within several days, I called and they informed me that my claim was denied because I packed the boxes myself and did not purchase additional insurance. They also claimed that if my dishes and vase was not valued at at-least $1,000 they wouldn't consider replacing them. Lesson learned- I may use them again, but I will take by breakables in my truck.
