Smooth Move, Outrageous Price
The staff was courteous and worked their heart out to get the job done.
But the price went up significantly after the move due to the wrapping and taping of furniture. I was not informed of the extra charges to use and charge for their blankets/bubble wrap/boxes and tape unitl after the fact.
Something I think was standard, I was being charged for the use of or rental of old tatterd blankets like it was brand new. If I was paying for it, I should have been allowed to keep it. Knowing that the same material was going to be used by someone else and charged the same ridiculous prices is absurd.
This should have been told before the reservation was actually put in place, not the day of the movers showing up. I would not recommend this moving company.
