Worst Move Ever

Overall, this was a horrible moving experience. The drivers were over an hour late; they were exhausted and overworked, so they moved very slowly. I was promised my washer and dryer could be moved and my existing furniture. The drivers refused to take the washer and dryer and could not fit my couch bed into my new place. They refused to even try --  six hours later they attempted to overcharge me $500, and I'm minus my washer/ dryer and couch -- very upsetting. I negotiated appropriate payment with the very rude and belligerent owner. Will not hire or recommend this company again.
