Never Again

You can imagine my shock when the guy who actually finished my move told me I was going to have to pay twice what my original quote was. I was very specific on my original estimate and I can see a few hundred dollars difference, but to tell me that I had twice as much stuff as I had originally planned is absurd. I will never use this moving company again for this reason alone. The packing of my stuff into the truck was fine. The unpacking, not so much... the guys beat my stuff up pretty nicely. Even items that said "fragile" or had the up arrows (indicating not to turn the box over) were abused and the messages ignored. I didn't choose the cheapest movers, but I should have picked someone else for sure. I feel like I got completely ripped off.
