While I did expect my actual cost to be more due to the fact I had more boxes and a piece of exercise equipment, the amount they wanted to charge me was almost three times the original estimate. I talked one of the owners a little over twice the original estimate, but he was rude and kept insisting that I was being rude to his employees. This was untrue. I was calm, but assertive and didn't appreciate the attitude I received from the so called owner. I was very disappointed with this company however the movers who delivered by belongings were very good.
