Back from Phoenix

The only weirdness was lack of communication regarding the delivery back in Chicago. I took the initiative, although all I contacted were courteous and polite. The delivery when actually scheduled was timely and the movers were professional and polite.

Communication and policies are questionable at best. Up to the point where I paid the deposit, people were more than happy to help me and assure me that delivery would be on a date that I requested...
