Unbelievable

The pick-up portion of my move was good, the workers were very courteous and helpful. They picked my furniture up on time and packed it carefully in the truck for the move. However, on the delivery, it was completely the opposite. The driver was rude and very impatient during the delivery. He failed to take one form of the authorized methods of payment and refused to unpack the truck unless a money order was produced with his name on it. I was very upset with this outcome, I filed a report with the company. I would not recomment an out of state move by this company.
