Very disappointed in the quote I was given since I was never told it did not include travel time -- I have moved many times and have never been charged a 4 hour minimum plus travel time. The travel time was always in the minimum. I know how much time it takes to move and with 4 guys I would never have hired a firm for 4 hr. minimum plus the travel. Have not had a response from the company regarding my complaint. Would not recommend them.
