The salesperson "disappears" after the sale. Never is helpful again. Movers say they are not going to charge you for this or that (which is already stated in the contract), but find some other way to charge you a little more. When movers dropped off my belongings, they insisted that all was there and were in a hurry to get to the next drop off.

They lost most of my clothes (including memorabilia shirts) and electronics. The driver was supposed to call 24 hours before dropping off my belongings. This didn't happen -- he called the day of, early in the morning and said that he was here. This moving company has contracted out claim company. Don't know if anything will ever happen. Just want my items back!

Communication and policies are questionable at best. Up to the point where I paid the deposit, people were more than happy to help me and assure me that delivery would be on a date that I requested...
