Not a Positive Experience

The movers broke a laptop desk almost in half and broke the legs off a glass end table, neither of which were repairable. They were rude to my girlfriend and son and didn't get everything from the old address which meant I had to make an additional 4 trips using a minivan we borrowed from my g/f sister. They attempted to charge us an additional $180.00 for 2 hours of driving time although the actual drive time was under an hour. In the future I would be inclined to use any other service or do it myself rather than hire this company again.
