A Bit Disappointed

I was quoted a number that did not include travel costs relative to the crew and truck coming to the move site; the estimator specifically said this would not be a cost. The moving crew was great, but given the same scenario, I would have rented my own truck and hired a team of loaders, it cost me $125 more to move than I was quoted, I could have done this for $160, I feel I've been duped and cheated. I'll remember Oasis and what they pulled when others ask my recommendation. It's a small community.
