Terrible
The salesman told me and confirmed twice the wrong timeframe when the
movers would be showing up. I expected them between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. but they didn't even call me until around 2 p.m. Then they just called to tell me they wouldn't be at my place until the next day. The movers were not respectful to me or my property. They didn't cover my white couch so I now have two black, greasy handprints on each side of it. I also now have a big dent in my washing maching which they poured water from the whole way up the steps to the laundry room. They did the math wrong on my paperwork and then had to come back later and have me re-sign everything. They said inappropriate comments while on the job. I was dissatisfied with all aspects of service (or should I say non-service) from the whole company.
