Not Impressed
My shipment was delivered on Thanksgiving Day by one woman driver. Although she said she was fine to unload herself, I had to help move the majority of the furniture into the house to avoid damage to my items. Also, several pieces of wood furniture had tape on the wood, which caused scarring upon tape removal. I called R&L today to submit a claim, and complain about not having a sufficient moving staff to unload my items. Although I was told I should expect a call by the end of today, no call ever came. I am hoping that I get a quick response on this matter.
