Bad Experience

I was not happy with Starlight Relocation Inc. They wanted to charge me additional for moving my bedroom furniture. I didn't have enough money, so the owner told the movers that they are not allowed to move me and then try to say that I cancelled and wanted to charge me two hundred dollars ($200.00) for cancellation fee. I had to call the bank and put fraud alert on my account just in case they try to charge me the money for services that they did not rendered and they was the one that cancelled. Again, that was just for the bedroom furniture. We we didn't get pass that for the conversation regarding the remaining of my furniture in the house. I will not recommend this company.

Customer called us on the day of the move - while the movers were already on their way. We didn't charge her for that, although it is additional fee.

When we arrived and looked to see what was needed to be moved we explained to her that she has more items than she stated and she might have to pay more than originally quoted. She said she has no money and we explained that canceling the move can result in cancellation fee. We ended up having to go back to the office. Realizing that the customer can't pay for her move, out of consideration, we didn't charge the cancellation / rescheduling fee. She had no reason to put "fraud alert" on her account.

We regret that the customer is disappointed of our service. Customer failed to mention her last minute rescheduling and her subjective reading of the quote and guidelines. We follow protocol, came on time, and were ready to provide her with professional moving service.

They completely overbooked the crew. Originally they gave me a time window of 1pm - 3 pm. The guys didn't show up until after 5pm. No one from the moving company
