The rep said that the staff would show up in uniform, they did not show up in uniform. The rep said that I would be getting 4 medium size boxes free of charge, but the staff charged me for boxes.
The head of the staff was on the phone a lot. They were in a hurry home, they left my TV wrapped, I got one sheet left. Overall, I am not happy with their service; they could have done better.

With regards to the uniforms, the movers were wearing additional layers of clothing due to the cold weather in Atlanta. With regard to free boxes, we reviewed the quote that was sent to the client in advance of the move. The quote stated the customer could use four wardrobe box rentals for free, and that any other boxes or supplies would be charged as used if needed. With regards to the balance of the complaint, we do not show that the customer has contacted our Customer Service department for any complaint to date. We stand behind our work, and our crews, and will have a representative contact this customer for further assistance.
