Terrible Move

I called these movers after reading the awful reviews on the Internet. The customer service representative assured me they were professional and those reviews represented only a few disgruntled customers. They were an hour late, came without the necessary equipment, argued with each other the entire time and went back and forth trying to decide if they could do the job without the proper equipment. We finally had to help them, they damaged the house (tore the downspout), and then demanded cash payment--although they had never told me they didn't take credit cards. Next time, I will believe the reviews I read on the online.
