Coast to Coast

Because of poor repacking (loosely placing heavy boxes in high places on top of furniture etc..) boxes of books fell and broke open. There was also damage to several expensive books. The driver was unapologetic. Even though I had insurance, it wouldn't have helped at .60/pound I would have claimed about $1.80 on $300 worth of damaged books. Unhappy with the situation and carelessness, but helpless.
