Wonderful Service

US 1-Van Lines was wonderful. They showed up on time, handled our stuff as gently as I would have, moved fast and didn't stand around. I packed the boxes myself, so I don't know how they pack. They loaded it, then they followed us to our new location - we knew exactly where our stuff is at all times - and then unloaded everything, placing it where we wanted it. When I was booking them the customer service even told me what kind of covers I need for certain things like mirrors, couches, TVs - so I wouldn't get charged extra. I will definitely use them in the future if we move again and I would recommend to anyone--five stars!

Two hours into the move they wanted to charge for four hours or they threatened to leave with my furniture on the truck. I was forced to pay for the whole four hours and was treated very nastily.

The movers were not personible. The supervisor did not speak adequate english to communicate with us. They were slow and took six hr vvs. the advertised four. I would not recommend this company.
