Great Company

From the beginning I knew this moving company was different than the others. I didn't get the "cookie cutter" estimate when I emailed. That and their competitive price made the difference for me. I spoke a customer service rep and even swung by their offices to get some used boxes. She was very helpful and when I wanted to add some items to my original estimate, she said it would no problem and shouldn't raise my cost too much. She was right. The truck picked up my stuff on Friday morning (right on time) as they quickly packed and loaded everything. They never complained when I kept saying "oops I forgot that item needs to go too." They were done in a few hours and I was on my way to Calif. I expected them to take a few weeks to get my stuff to Calif., but was surprised when they set up delivery for Monday. Wow! They unpacked everything, even helping me move a few items in the house that they hadn't shipped. I am so glad I didn't decided to try and do this by myself. I experienced great service all around and I would hightly recommend this company for their competitive pricing and excellent service.
