Finally - Fine
The marketing department promised me that I could move practically anytime I wanted. Later came the actual phone call, which was was within a two-hour window. Then the big day came and I waited, waited and waited. First, it was supposed to be 12p.m.-2p.m. Then it was 4p.m.- 6p.m. and finally the crew phoned me from 40 miles away to reassure me that they were coming. By now it was about 7p.m. (an entire day wasted sitting around biting my nails), but the two men were appologetic about the company's marketing dept. They handled my stuff well, were polite and intelligent and very good at expediting the six pages of "paperwork" required during payment.
