I am disappointed in this company. The estimate was way off. The foreman on the pick-up service wasn't open to listening to me and was borderline rude. I couldn't get an answer from the office staff on the day of the move because “the correct person wasn't in.” I was asked to pay more than what the consultant initially told me I was supposed to pay, and I was hassled every step of the way. The movers told me our things were leaving for the destination the next morning. The truck did not leave for four days. If we had known this, there were more things we needed picked up that we weren't able to get. Nobody called me back when they were supposed to. I had to call and track every piece of information down.
