The movers were fast and courteous, but they were two hours late. They also ripped a hole in my couch, put a large chip in my dining room chair and scratched up the ceiling above my stairs.

You did a great job in handling our move, but they should be more careful when a box is marked fragile. Some dishes and pottery were broken and it upset my wife. All in all the move went great.
