The good and the bad
The movers came on time. They were very friendly and courteous. However, when they disassembled my sofa legs, they damaged it and I only found out about it when the delivery crew tried to put it together.
They also lost an oriental rug of mine. They delivered in its place, a smaller and inferior quality rug. I am very upset with this. The delivery crew was very rushed and just wanted to get out of the place. They were not courteous at all. I have not heard from the management yet, though I have called and emailed them, on how they will handle the loss.
