Piano Movers

Movers don't seem to be knowledgeable to move a piano. They did not have the protective rug for my hardwood floor during their moving my piano. Movers don't communicate well with customers. Driver claimed it took more than a hour to drive 19 miles on I-405 Fwy. around 9 a.m. from Westwood to Hawthorne. That's equivalent to 2 hours of labor.That was too much.

My piano got few "fresh" scratches after their moving. However, the movers claimed that they were 'old' scratches. Customer Service dept. was very friendly and well trained. Their communication with customers was very efficient. However, they probably did not communicate well with movers.
