The delivery of the furnishings was late, they held my things hostage for additonal funds, they destroyed my television.

Our binding estimate said that we would deliver within 21 business days. The earliest delivery was on the Feb 10, 2010. The delivery took place on Feb 13, 2010. We were not late. We never held the furniture hostage. The additional fund was for a shuttle that the customer knew about ahead of time. We even provided the services for less than half of what it cost.
