Bad Move

The price ended up more than double what was estimated, and much stuff was left behind because their truck was too small and I could not afford another trip. I have tons of work to do myself without the truck and movers that I expected to do the job. They were friendly but completely unprepared. The job was underbid terribly. I am extremely unhappy with this moving company.

The scope of the job had increased after the initial estimate. More items were added, an extra stop was added, and packing services were added.

My coffee table was marked and the cost was much higher than the estimate. I was told I would be charged a half-hour for travel time and I was charged more.
