Terrible experience

Customer service on the phone was initially nice. Once they got the job and the $500 retainer things went downhill. I received repeated phone calls reminding me about the cashier’s checks for payment but they could not break down the charges for me. We agreed to work it out with the driver when he got to the second leg but when he got there there was no room on the truck for what they were to pick up. Only one item fit. The rest had to be left behind. We were told by the manager the truck could be repacked--the driver and his crew said absolutely not. I was misled on many levels.

The type of truck sent was an 18-wheeler even though I was assured it would not be (so you would think there would have been room on it) I was not offered any alternative for moving the remainder of the furniture. The people on the phone who I spoke with while we were experiencing our problems were rude and talked over me when I tried to speak. In addition a leg was splintered off a wing chair and not reported to me--I noticed it the following week when rearranging the furniture.
