Not great
The guys that physically moved my personal effects were helpful and I tipped them accordingly. The office staff that had worked so hard to secure my business (calling incessantly) disappeared completely after my goods were picked up. They did not return emails or phone calls about the delivery dates, arrangements, costs, storage, etc. It was distressing and completely unprofessional. They clearly did not pass on accurate information to the delivery staff who did not know they were required to remove the packaging materials.
