Misled
The person I spoke to on the phone gave me a quote for 300 cu ft of space after me telling him how much I had moved prior, which turned into 650 cu ft. He assured me I had "unlimited packing supplies" for which I was charged $400 by his crew who told me to "take it up with him, we were told nothing."
When speaking to him, he told me he had made no such claim, even though I had an e-mail from him with that promise, and even sent it to him so he could see what he offered. So I came in over twice the cost estimated. I would not recommend this company.
