DN Van Lines moving
The movers worked very hard. Our move was much bigger than they anticipated. I feel the estimator did not question me enough to give me an accurate quote - I told him the weight est based upon our move last year and as you can see there was a big discrepancy.
The crew that moved us worked hard and advised us of how best to handle our belongings as to where to put things in storage (theirs or local storage) as we moved into a temporary, small place. As the move was much bigger than they anticipated I feel some of our stuff got handled a little too roughly and a few things were broken - nothing of great value, but distressing none the less. I'll know better what overall rating to give them once we get all our belongings out of their storage in the next few months.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you pointing out that although you thought the cost were higher than you anticipated, that our men worked hard to get the job done. I think that reason why the cost of you move increased was due to the fact that originally you had planned to move into a self storage location in Northampton and last minute decided to go into our storage in Marlborough, Hopefully the move out of storage goes well and it results in you having in overall positive experience with our company!
